CTS Tuition Management service is a billing system that gives the school control and flexibility
The standard (default) rates for the school will be entered by CTS along with any special rates (multiple children, staff, etc.)
All amounts are line item detailed.
Invoices can be customized for unique family situations
CTS will manage all admissions fees, credits, tuition assistance aid and payments.
Schools have access to up-to-date, itemized account information to manage fees, grants, discounts and credits for families.
CTS will collect all funds, posts entry and remits funds to the school as soon as they clear.
The school and the family can view the history and current status of an applicant's account 24/7.
All collected Tuition Management data is available for enrollment, financial aid and grant management. CTS has designed the Tuition Management service to be 100% paperless for the school; however, there are paper applications, invoices and correspondence available for families upon request, but each school may instruct CTS to administer the service paper-free to all families.
CTS integration: If the school uses CTS Admissions Management Service or CTS Tuition Assistance Service, all student information is automatically available in the Tuition Management interface.
